My Hometown

LITITZ
I live in a little town called Lititz in Pennsylvania.

This sign explains the significance of the following memorials.

This memorial is located right across the street from my house.

This is a part of Linden Hall,

and this is its entrance. (The sidewalk is the same one as the previous picture.)

This is Linden Hall's chapel, one of my favorite buildings in Lititz.

The Tom Sturgis Pretzel building

and where it is located on a map.

The famous pretzel in front of the building.

Yes, this is the very first pretzel bakery in America. Pretty awesome.

I tried to get a good picture of myself with the pretzel.

Going back across the street to Linden Hall...

The Chapel from the other side.

I believe this is one of the girls' dorms at Linden Hall.

This is the Moravian Church. The Moravians were the ones to first settle in Lititz.

The Lititz museum in its historic glory.

The Pilger House. The history is that a man wanted to build a building that was taller than Linden Hall, and it was taller until they built the chapel.

This is Lititz's local postal office.

A shot of two of my favorite shops, Candyology and Glitz. Both of them are fairly new.

The Curiosity Shoppe

The intersection of Main Street and Broad Street.

A fancy insurance building at the same intersection.

A shot down Broad Street.

My favorite cafe in Lititz, Tomato Pie. My cousin also worked there.

This is the entrance to Lititz Springs Park.

Ducks.

Lititz is known for its Fourth of July celebrations. Thousands of people come every year.

Wilbur chocolate factory

A very puzzling water fountain in Lititz Springs.

This is part of the museum inside the chocolate factory.
